Referrals: Many of our candidates are referrals from current technical professionals.

Niche Recruiting Resources: Our recruiters have access to premium and industry-specific Web sites, and subscribe to professional journals and publications to identify potential candidates.

Extensive screening for recruiting employees with the right qualifications

Our screening process follows rigid guidelines to ensure that we only provide qualified candidates to your company. We will only present candidates to our clients that:

  • Have met with a TEKsystems representative in person
  • Have been briefed on the position and are interested in the opportunity
  • Have the required skills for the position
  • Have satisfactory references from previous employers

Skill testing before hiring employees

Your technical professionals will either have proved their skills during previous placements or will have tested and verified their technical skills through our partnership with BrainbenchTM. This is in addition to a phone interview and in-person interview – interviews that are also used to asses candidates’ skills and professionalism. Our technical professionals also receive ongoing technical training and distance learning to help keep their skills and knowledge current. You can be sure you’re getting an employee with the technical and interpersonal skills necessary for the job.

Performance monitoring

A TEKsystems representative will contact the hiring manager after the first day, week, and month that a technical professional is on the job. Regular communication between the client manager and TEKsystems supports our techincal professionals, promotes resolution of issues, and allows us to recognize and re-hire our best performers. This kind of ongoing quality assurance helps us guarantee that we’re exceeding your needs and expectations and further refines our placement process.
