Does TEKsystems offer any benefits?

As of July 4, 2006, we also offer two benefit plans to our Sole Proprietor and Incorporated Contractors: the Menuflex Select Program and Menuflex MDSA Program. To avoid creating an employer-employee relationship, these plans will be wholly contractor paid.

How long do the assignments last?
The length of the assignment varies according to our client company's needs. Some are short-term and some are long-term. TEKsystems' recruiters are the best in the industry and will work with you to determine when you work, where you work, and what you want to do on the job. So if you are looking for long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks, then we'll strive to put you in that type of assignment; however, the assignments are subject to our clients’ needs.

How and when am I paid?
Contract employees are paid weekly by TEKsystems. Typically contract employees are paid based on the number of hours worked and the position's pay rate; however, in some cases contract employees are paid a salary.
