TEKsystems Announces Acquisition of Commercial Services Business of Computer Horizons in
Mountain Lakes, NJ

Services business of Computer Horizons Corp. ("CHC"), a publicly traded IT services company (NASDAQ:
CHRZ) headquartered in Mountain Lakes, NJ.
CHC (founded in 1969) is one of the country's most well-respected IT services firms, and the
acquisition of its Commercial Services business will extend the reach of TEKsystems' Technology
Staffing and Services. CHC has established a foothold in 16 states in the United States, three locations
in Canada, as well as an offshore presence in Chennai, India. CHC's Commercial Services business
offers IT Staffing, Solutions, and Education to a broad spectrum of industries. Likewise, CHC will

service offerings, including applications development, applications management and support, software
quality management, and an education (training) division.
