Top 25 Multinational Player in the Canadian Information Technology sector

On March 15^th it was announced that TEKsystems Canada Inc., the incorporated entity that operates TEKsystems in Canada, is among the Top 25 Multinational players in the Canadian Information Technology sector. Each year Branham Group, producer of Backbone magazine and a leading provider of consulting services to the global IT sector, ranks the top Canadian IT companies.

At 19^th on the list, we are placed in the company of organizations like Symantec and Algorithmics with IBM Canada and Hewlett-Packard (Canada) leading the Multinationals list. Ajilon Canada (13^th place) and Computer Horizons Canada (25th place) are the only other staffing services provider to be included on the Multinationals list.

The Top 300 Tech Companies listing is published in the March/April edition of Backbone magazine. Since its inception 12 years ago, the Branham300 listing has become respected as a "truly insightful piece of intelligence on the Canadian information technology market".

As quoted in Backbone magazine: "The new entries on the list this year are Ajilon Canada Inc. (13^th place), TEKsystems Canada Inc. (19^th), Algorithmics ( 20^th), Cedara Software (22^nd) and Keane (24^th). Ajilon and Allegis demonstrate the continued growth in the IT staffing sector in Canada with 20 per cent and 46 per cent growth respectively."
